Unless I’m the only Substack writer you read here, you've no doubt seen how the service has included a tool called Pangram, which claims it can detect writing generated by artificial intelligence. It’s caused such a fuss that high-profile creators are already calling this process a “witch hunt”. It also doesn’t help that a lot of research suggests these tools do not work.
Over the last academic year, I have studied how A.I. has impacted education and content creation. I even gave a presentation about how instructors should teach concepts like “vibe coding”. You can download a version of the presentation here:
